Molly's Felicity arrived about an hour ago. (In case you didn't read my previous posts, she was one of my DD's childhood AG's, and I wanted her to have a new Pre-Mattel head. AG doesn't have them anymore, so they sent her back with her old head.)

Anyway! She arrived in a hospital gown with a balloon, and her hair was re-done. It looks wonderful! Now I'm glad that I didn't have her head replaced.

The invoice said $20.00, paid by American Girl. I just thought that was so nice!

What a nice surprise. Why were you going to have her head replaced in the first place?

Judi...I did the Downy Dunk on her hair last winter, and put her away. I recently took all of her AG dolls out of their boxes, and her hair just seemed really limp, and strange. It still isn't as full as it was. But she looks beautiful.

I don't think Molly cares one way or another at this point, but someday she will!

that was nice of them! They could've just stuck her back in the box and shipped her home. They're trying at least.

Wow! That is really considerate of them!
How did you find out they were out of PM heads? Did they email you and ask what you wanted to do?
I am curious because I sent in my PM Kirsten also for a head replacement.
    Thanks and Congratulations!

Glad Molly's Felicity arrived home safely and even with a new hairdo and goodies. Seems she did have a good time at the doll hospital.

Alicia....I put a note in and on and around my doll asking them to please call me and let me know if they had those heads or not. They didn't call, so I just kept on calling until someone could tell me what was happening with her. There was a note on my account stating that they no longer have the "German Influence" head available for Felicity.

I would think that they ran out of the German Felicity heads before the others. Those wigs seemed to get frizzy faster than others. So maybe they still have the German Kirsten heads.
